For whomever watching this, don't convert yet! He just wasted a very powerful hack. Recruit 20 crew members each day for tanks that have small crew, like low tier 2 person crews, train them to almost 100% (not a 100%), use all your books that way, buy them even if you have the credits. Right now the conversion shows me 446 training guides, and I will probably hit 600 on the last day.
